Rules of Advertising/Affiliating

Rules:

• We have all rights to decline affiliating with you, we'll most likely give you a reason why we declined though.
  
• We won't accept banners above 88x31 unless it's maybe one or two pixels under or over.
  
• Any sites that (not to be rude...) appear too bright or are just too unorganized will be declined.
  
• Nothing rated R/M+
  
• Our banner MUST BE UP FIRST! Unless if advertising a proboards site. We will return the favor of the favor by advertising on your site.
  
• do NOT change the message icon from anything but standard. it bugs Carni intensly^^ We check ALL of them, don't think we will leave yours out^^
  
• Our banner must be visible on the first page header or near the header OR at the bottom, but clearly visible.
